Let some light in....
Counselling is a partnership. All counselling is based upon building a trusting, respectful and professional relationship.
Counselling can help clients better navigate life transitions such as becoming parents, divorce, career changes, mid-life crises, retirement, illness, and the loss of loved ones. I support people to bring their lives back into balance, and address and integrate the parts of themselves that have been ignored, neglected or suppressed for many years. I have experience working with people going through depression, anxiety, addictions, grief and crises around identity.
I have a particular interest in teaching people how to question their thinking, particularly untrue and non reality based thoughts.
I also enjoy working with cultural creatives - for eg. writers, actors, dancers, directors, musicians, painters and sculptors.

Please note: Therapy is the main focus of my practice. To the extent that the law allows, requests for input (written or verbal) for court purposes, insurers, or various government agencies, will be declined. If you believe you may need such a service, you may wish to seek out a different practitioner.
